Yosemite details: The seminar is held at the Ahwahnee Hotel, Thursday through Saturday, October 29 to 31. On Thursday, registration and coffee begin at 2 p.m.  On both Thursday and Friday the seminar will be from 2:30 to 7 p.m.   On Saturday, the seminar will be from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We have negotiated some heavily discounted hotel room rates at the Ahwahnee and the Lodge. The Ahwahnee rates are $339. weekday and $429. weekends. The Lodge rates are just under half of the Ahwahnee rates.  Your stay may be extended at these special rates.  Our room block expires on Sept. 10 but beware that the rooms and even the seminar may sell out before then. Upon registration and receipt of your tuition, we will send you the required Room Request Form. That Form is required to get the discounted room rate. Alternatively, Yosemite View Lodge just outside the Park (20 minutes travel) has excellent "river rooms" at very good rates.

Transportation: The closest airport is Fresno, CA, about 90 minutes drive away. Next best would be San Jose or Oakland, CA, about 4 hours drive (easy drives). It may be possible that you can drive over the spectacular Tioga Pass (10,000 ft elevation) from Reno NV airport but that is hit and miss since Tioga closes about this time of year. The alternative route is about a 4 hours drive.
