Caution: Before plugging unit into wall outlet, first place plug into back of T-8000 TherOzone unit. Then place the plug into the outlet and turn switch on (on back of unit).
Fill TherOzone Pressure Bottle with DISTILLED WATER ONLY (for highest aqueous ozone concentration).  Use 2-4° C or 36-38° F water for both optimum concentration and longest half life of the aqueous ozone.

STEP THREE: Maximum Fill Line
Step Three
STEP FOUR: Connecting TherOzone Pressure Bottle
Step Four AStep Four B

CAUTION:  Do not exceed maximum fill line on TherOzone Pressure Bottle.  This will void warranty if overfilled.

Lift bottle up towards the securing male coupler and line up red dots.  Stabilize top of T-8000 with one hand.  Turn the bottle clockwise 1/4 turn.  The red dot on the bottle will disappear.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Flashing Red LED - T-8000 has stopped which indicates a pressure leak.  Check bottle connection or the interface between the base unit and the coupler.  Remove bottle (steps 7 & 8) and reconnect to the unit (step 4).

Flashing Blue and Red LED - T-8000 has stopped - START button was depressed too long.  Press RESET to clear.

Blue LED On - If Blue LED comes on soon after pressing the START button,  the START button was depressed too long.  Press  reset to clear.

• Your T-8000 will come already lubricated and you will not necessarily need to apply lubrication during its initial phase of use.

However if at any time the,

(1) TherOzone Pressure Bottle does not easily slide on or off the male coupler, or

(2) if the turning of the bottle to seal the coupler does not easily glide in either direction,

then the silicone lubrication will need to be applied as described on this page, click here "Instructions for Lubricating the T-8000 Coupler."

(3) If you have lubricated the T-8000 and it still does not easily glide on and off or seal and be removed easily it is likely that the "O" rings on the coupler will need to be replaced. Click here for Instructions for Replacing the "O" Rings for the T-8000

CLEANING THE T-8000

Internal components of the unit are self cleansing due to the inherent properties of the T-8000.

External surfaces should be wiped down with cotton pads saturated with a fresh batch of aqueous ozone (use 2X2" cotton pad bleached with hydrogen peroxide for best results).  Do not use harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach, ammonia, etc.).

• Do not clear off silicone lubricant from coupler or orange "O' rings.
